Avoca Property was founded in March of 2022 to acquire, renovate and stabilize multi-family property in the United States. Ian Drewe, our CEO, has been acquiring property globally since 2002 and in the US since 2008.
Our partner is Freeland Ventures. Freeland Ventures was founded in 2015 by CEO Josh Cantwell and CSO Glenn Lytle, with a focus on high quality, turn-key real estate investing and lending solutions.
